Amaranto can provide you with a unique gluten free experience with a lot of Italian flare.
We can serve up to 100 people from our yellow vintage caravan, so you just need to find a spot for us to park and we will take care of the food! All of our dishes are usually served in large sharing platters just as you will get it in a traditional Italian Trattoria. We can also give you and your guests the option of ordering the pasta straight off the window of the caravan, as if we were operating on the roadside.
Fresh, simple and seasonal ingredients are at the base of our preparations. Where possible we use Italian and organic ingredients, so as to maintain the most authentic taste possible. Our flours are certified gluten free and we cater for vegan and vegetarians too.
